This hotel has a special atmosphere, originating from the beautiful historic building it's housed in. the location is convenient, with a subway station at the end of the road and other Hamburg districts within easy reach. the comfortable beds and cute amenities like the hot water bottle and cuddly rabbit are nice touches. the hotel shows a commitment to environmental sustainability, donating to a water charity and encouraging guests to save water. the Boilerman Bar serves great cocktails and food, and the mini-fridge offers complimentary items.
Some aspects could use improvement, such as the poor bathroom lighting in some rooms.

The hotel is beautifully located in Hamburg's Hafen City, surrounded by modern architecture and close to Speicherstadt. Our room, 239, was spacious and well-equipped, even including a bicycle. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. We had a fantastic Lebanese dinner at NENI. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hamburg.

What a wonderful experience staying in this boutique hotel during Christmas! the rooms were spacious and charmingly decorated with a mix of modern and vintage elements that added to the character of the building. the location was perfect, in the midst of all the modern buildings, it was easily accessible by subway from the airport with just a 30-minute ride. There's also a garage right next to the hotel which was pretty convenient. the staff was warm, friendly and spoke perfect English which was great. Plus, the food was amazing, especially the restaurant which had a great menu and the perfect relaxing vibe.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was a bit overpriced. it was quite upsetting to find out that the hotel was charging almost twice the price due to the Christmas week, but it is understandable.

This hotel is truly a gem. The old building is beautifully designed and filled with charming and high-quality decor. The room we stayed in was exceptional, with thoughtful touches and even a small birthday gift prepared by the reception. We were delighted to find that the room service was reasonably priced, and we even received a discount for collecting our orders downstairs. The hotel bar was trendy and had a cool vibe, making it a great spot for a drink even if you're not staying here. The free wifi was a bonus, as it allowed us to stream Netflix seamlessly on the modern TV in our room. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the good quality bluetooth speakers in each room.
We highly recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - situated in a new area, yet still close to other districts in the city. We were able to easily access transportation and explore different parts of the city. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the shops and commercial services on-site were convenient. We also loved the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours and ticket assistance offered.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the newest and coolest part of the city and I loved it! The decor was amazing, with all the lamps and tables having a maritime style. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very hospitable and accommodating. The location was perfect, only a short walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants. To add to the positive experience, the hotel offered an amazing breakfast selection and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The only thing I disliked about the hotel was the lack of communication about some of their services. We were not informed that the hotel had a sauna until after we checked out, which was a little disappointing.

I had an absolutely brilliant stay at this boutique-style hotel. The decor was stunning and every square inch was filled with charm. The staff was friendly and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I especially loved the large screening room, perfect for watching the World Cup. The hotel's location in Hafencity was ideal, with the city center within walking distance. The hotel bikes were a nice touch, although I would suggest stocking up on smaller ones. a completely enjoyable experience.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about my stay 😊

Creative and Contemporary Design
We loved the creative and contemporary design of the 25Hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt. The hotel is located in the historic docks of Hamburg, offering a unique and interesting location. The multi-functional concept of the hotel, with its store-in-store café and bar, created a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The captain-room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, combining elements of new-Scandinavian and sea-inspired themes. The soap and rain shower added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast buffet, although more continental than Israeli, was still enjoyable. we were inspired by our visit and would recommend this hotel.
